As your practitioner, I’ll assess your dietary and lifestyle habits to create a bio-individual health plan that aligns with your health goals, gets to the root cause of your concerns, and promotes overall wellness. Along with customizing health plans, I also use a Functional Clinical Assessment to gain a better understanding of how your body is functioning. This is a hands on evaluation that helps identify nutritional imbalances throughout the body, helping me give extra support where it’s needed.
Our bodies are always communicating with us but unfortunately in this busy, modern world, many of us have grown disconnected from that innate wisdom. My goal is to give you the tools and guidance for you to reconnect your body and mind, restore balance, and feel empowered in your health journey.”
